General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

These GTC apply to all appointments and services provided by Machbeauty (Owner: Nataliia Sahin), unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.

A contract is formed when I confirm your appointment (online, by phone, or in writing). The service details specified at booking are binding.

The prices displayed at the time of booking apply. Payment is generally due after the service has been rendered, unless we have made a different arrangement.

As a small business owner under § 19 UStG, I do not charge VAT.

You can cancel or reschedule your appointments free of charge up to 2 hours before the start. If you cancel on very short notice or do not show up, I reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee, provided I have communicated this at the time of booking.

Please inform me truthfully about all relevant circumstances (e.g., allergies, intolerances, or health restrictions) if they could be important for your treatment.

Statutory liability regulations apply. I cannot accept liability for damages resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you.

For distance contracts, statutory right of withdrawal regulations apply, unless a legal exclusion exists.

German law applies. Should a provision of these GTC be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
